Terms of Service.
These terms explain how buyers, developers, and visitors may use Nexus. They should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel for your final launch jurisdiction.
1. What Nexus Provides
Nexus is a marketplace and operating layer for business automation products, custom workflow requests, AI agent builds, reporting systems, and related setup support.
2. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for choosing appropriate products, providing accurate setup information, maintaining access to their accounts, and submitting valid credentials or data only when required.
3. Developer Responsibilities
Developers are responsible for the workflow logic, product details, setup notes, support promises, and any guided setup they offer. Nexus may review, pause, reject, or remove products that do not meet platform standards.
4. Payments and Orders
When a product or service is purchased, payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Order records, setup status, refunds, and support activity may be stored in Nexus for account and service management.
5. Automation Outputs
Automation outputs depend on the buyer's input data, connected systems, credentials, third-party services, and product configuration. Nexus aims to provide practical automation outcomes, but does not guarantee every third-party tool will remain available or unchanged.
6. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Nexus to upload illegal content, abuse third-party systems, scrape without permission, bypass access controls, process sensitive data without proper authorization, or interfere with platform security.
7. Intellectual Property
Nexus owns the marketplace platform, dashboards, setup flow, payment flow, branding, and site experience. Developers retain ownership of their submitted workflow logic unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
